I downloaded the new NSPS system. Iit did not say anything new. We still have no idea how our engineers GS-11 thru GS-14 will map over to the new Full Performance and Senior Expert levels (Federal Register page 7559). Will the actual conversion guidelines be published in the Federal Register prior to rolling out of spiral 1 this Summer?
