I'm a medical provider at Blanchfield Army Hospital at Fort Campbell,KY. The morale here has never been lower and I feel that with the implementation of this monster( NSPS) that it will even be lower, since apparently we will have a lot less control of working conditions...it chills me to think that the administrators now doing such a poor job, will have even more power to make our lives hell....maybe all the civilians need to resign and let the military and the Rumsfeld run the country!
