The NSPS recommendation seems to be a system that will engender the good old boy's club for raises. What safety features are built in so that the evaluations are formed on performance and not on personalities? I do not find any problem with the current system in place. Our agency has not had a problem retaining worker or recruiting workers for openings. I do see a problem if the recommendation goes through. I would not want to work for an organization where the employees have no recourse for adverse actions taken against them and no input on policies.
