I feel this issue is unfair to the hard working people who have worked long and hard for their positions to have someone be able to take it away from them by a whim of the person who is in charge. How would you feel if you were in that position? When people who get to be GS-11's and GS-13's they forget how and what it took to get them there. It takes the person they are supervising to make them look good for their promotion. If we are not treated fairly what chance do we have to get promoted? I would like to see their evaluations. It is not what you know it who you know. Always has been and always will be. No chance of that ever changing. Politics is a very nasty business to be in. It screws up more that what it is worth. I am truly thankful for my job and am happy that I am close to retiring. 25 years in one place is long enough to take all the aggravation, frustration, stress of not knowing from one day to the next if you have a job or not. It makes for low morale, low self esteem when your mind is always wondering if you are going to get to keep your job or not just because someone doesn't like you or they like you to much. In closing, I feel this would not be a good situation to implement in the future. Thank you
