All this does is takes us back to the good old boy method of doing business. For all of us who work just as hard as the next guy, but don't happen to be a personal favorite or friend of those in management, it leaves us no recourse. All it does is cause resentment and bad feeling toward both management and those who are constantely being favored. It doesn't matter how hard the rest of us work. It gives management the freedom to give everything to their buddies and nothing to anyone else and that is not right by any standard.
