Comments:
The posted Myths and Facts page is misleading. The facts are only partially correct in that they omit conditions after 2008 as part of the answer. It is true that the legislation provided protections in terms of pay and raises through 2008, but after that employees are subject to the whims of DOD. The answers do not explain that part of it. That is deceptive as has been the rest of the implimetation of this program.
