Comments:
Per the information listed on the home page, specifically: "The proposed regulations are the result of a rigorous and broad-based effort to modernize the personnel system for the Department, while preserving the core, enduring values of the civil service." ***This new personnel system neither modernizes the personnel system nor does it protect those employed as Civil Servants. This new system wages terrorism on those who have devoted their employment years to the United States Government. The civilian employees who are responsible for taking care of business at home while the Active Duty are put in harms way. We will now be treated as second class citizen's having to defend our every move to the "Good Ole Boy Network" who will now have more power than ever to operate a system of preference and nepotism. God help us all! I'd include my name but I'm absolutely certain there would be repercussions.
