Comments:
I am writing as a 28 year veteran of the Department of Defense Overseas Scools. Please leave our current personnel system as is. The National Security Personnel System takes away many of the bargaining rights we Federal Employees have managed to obtain. These rights need to be preserved. This new system is no way to repay the loyalty and hard work of Civil Service employees. Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my comments.
