Comments:
The proposed National Security Pwersonnel System is unacceptable and in direct opposition to the successful Labor Relations Board currently in place and would violate collective bargaining agreements that have been put in place by contractual writs. Furthermore, this action reflects the secretive and illegal actions of the current administration in such that it violates public scrutiny by by-passing the rule making process as required by the Administrative Procedures Act. Additionally, it reflects a total distregard and respect for most effective government employees that are striving to protect this country.
