Comments:
I am concerned about employees being considered deployable assets, open-ended probationary periods and pay raises being tied solely to supervisor's discretion. I'm concerned about the spiraling of the system before addressing comments and concerns. It seems that the system is being force fed. Perhaps there could have been changes to the present system implemented in spirals and seeing how each change worked before moving on to the next one. The primary document is hard to read and there are various interpretations that may be skewed towards the entity writing the interpretation. It's hard for the average employee to really understand what is being implemented.
