Management can award themselves cash awards and step increases while employees will receive little or nothing. The Managers favorite employee or buddies will receive the awards instead of the employees who deserve them. An employee at the top of his/her steps, only receives the annual pay increase. If this change is passed this could also be taken. If this should pass an employee with will lose all seniority. If NSPS passes all bargaining agreement rights would be null and void. There will not be a grievance procedure. STOP NSPS NOW !!!. Protect your pay and collective bargaining rights.
