Comments:
The new proposed system is not designed with the current employees in mind. It allow for managers to spend our tax dollars by hiring and promoting friends and business associates and pay them high salaries without being held accountable for those decisions. One must be careful with whom it places complete authority to, that is why we have checks and balances, you know the supposed democracy this country was founded upon. A system such as NSPS will not only destroy Team Work but promote a secretive and destructive battle between employees who once worked very well together but must now focus on obtaining those precious pay raise and bonus dollars to support their families before their counterparts get them.
