My only concern with the NSPS is how the new locality pay will be calculated. I currently recieve 20.9% locality pay. If I were to loose that or have signifigantly reduced it would have serious adverse affects on myself and my co-workers. Will the locality percentages that are in place now stay the same or be changed?
