Comments:
This system as it is now written does not afford the employee any rights. This system will inevitably pit employee against employee....there will be no such thing as team work. I cannot envision anything positive coming from this system as it is now written. The proposed system is so flawed it most definitely will be used by unscrupulous managers, for whatever reasons they deem necessary, without any recourse for the employee. How can one feel safe in the workplace under such a system?
