Comments:
The proposal takes labor back to the stone age of employment rights. There will be favortism, uncontrollable unfair practices & questionable decisions made. The United States will be greatly weakened by the proposal and there will be destruction & infection of the Department of Defense, the United States & the branches of service from internal of the organization. The skill force will be weakened, opened to unfavorable practices & do a disservice to our soldiers who defend us. During battle is NOT the time to have equipment break down. Please keep the Department of Defence & the USA strong; the present platform is totaly unacceptable. It is a lose-lose proposition. With all the budget cuts and diminishing skill work force, can we obtain a real win-win situation? Don't let all of my fellow soldiers to have died and sacrificed in vain.
