I am a career civilian employee of DoD, I truly feel this action will hurt DoD employees.This is just another ploy to get rid of civil servants I have watched over the years how contarctors are taking jobs once held by civilian employees of DoD,I don't see where the so called money savings are. The service we get is worse now. Please do what ever you can to keep our rights and JOBS
