Comments:
NSPS will adversely affect the entire mission of the DoD. It is not only harmful to the DoD as a whole, but negatively affect the workforce. Employees like myself with over 27 years experience and who have an excellant work ethic and reputation could possibly harmed greatly by this proposal. I support the mission of the U.S. Government and only ask that the government in turn support the government worker.
