NSPS is bad news for DOD civilians, Itunderminds every right we have as employees.We do not need any more negative things that take away our rights .DOD employees are making a terrific effort to support our troops we are putting in as many as 80 hours a week to build the finest equipment in the world for our soldiers lets not let NSPS make any employee relation problems that jeopardize quality .
