3/14/2005 Subject; Comments on “Proposal NSPS Regulations RIN3206-AH 82” Dear Sir/madam, I want to bring to your attention that this proposal was printed on Feb 14 2005 and a flyer given to us by our supervisor on March 14th 2005 instructing us to go on line at: www.cpms.osd.mil/NSPS/faq on our own time and read this proposal. I want to why we have to go onto a web site on our own time because all employees do not have a PC at home. Why wasn’t this printed out for the employees to read? You are dealing with the future of our pay scale and other issues of work. This matter should be looked into. It is too hard to read this proposal on your web site that our HRO has provided us. And on top of all this you want us to read this on our time as told by our supervisors and have any comments back to you by March 16th 2005. In plain language IMPOSSIBLE. I want time to read this proposal just like it took you time to write up this proposal. When this kind of work ethics goes on it sends up a red flag and it sounds like you're either trying to hide something or push this proposal through without any feed back. I will be sending this letter to my Senator urging him for an investigation. Sincerely Vincent V.
