I think the NSPS system is the wrong way to do business. It will bring in instutionalized good ol boy system. That is not a fair system and is just wrong. I have been a federal employee and a member of the AIR NATIONAL GUARD, for thirty years and have worked very hard to get where i'm at in my career.This is a slap to my face by saying we don't give a damn about you.This is wrong!!
