My initial understanding about the proposed NSPS was to screen and monitor potential federal employees in referance to background checks and similar areas of concern. After seeing the convoluted and excessive overkill on topics such as pay-banding, adverse actions changes and many snippets of language with a seemingly politically innocent attack on collective bargaining I am curious where this macabre jumble of misguided effort has attempted to improve our great system. I always thought that if something was not broken, you did NOT fix it. Is this where our great country is headed, to the has been era? What are great pieces of building machinery without the people to operate them? So the welfare of my brother and my sister take the hit because the pockets of vested interests are deemed more worthy than, We, the people of these United States"! I am sure that our founding fathers are disgusted with where our society is heading. Shame on those who believe they are creating a better mouse trap. It is bovine scatology and ranks right up there with social security legislation that privatizes our (not so) "untouchable" funds set aside for our golden years. I am curious as to when we will begin to euthanize our citizens and at what age the line will be drawn at...Is this our current administration's attempt at a "patina of legitimacy" when it creates a greater disparity? I do not like it, it must be somebody's political agenda to wrong that which is right.
