Comments:
Trying to make all DOD mobile ready is unrealistic when we already have the Guard and Reserves already trained for these tasks. This would cost alot of money to make all DOD jobs ready to be mobile. Also why try to fix somethoing that is not broke and is working in the best interest for all DOD employees.
