I disagree with this proposal and hope that it will not go through. We need to protect our rights and this goes back to the old buddy system. Where is the equality? As a woman I fear for my career and my lifestyle. As a single parent I worry about my kids and how I will be able to help them in the future should my career just be pulled out from under me with me not having a say in the matter or a valid reason having to be given. What a slap in the face for the 20 years I have given to serving my government. Please do not approve this!
