Comments:
I do not feel that this sytem will be fair no matter what processes are being planned to be put in place. The NSPS system will only destroy teamwork because individuals will be looking out for themselves instead of for each other. Gov't personnel need to band together and form a team against this NSPS system or that new hire will pass you up and you will be the one who is on the street looking for another job after all the hard work and years you put in
