What will happen to the 335 series? We do everything a 2210 does yet it looks like we will be stuck in the lowest tier while the 2210s are at the top. When will we know what pay band we will be in--after NSPS has been implemented when it is too late to do anything about it? I feel that this system needs to be studied mkore since I hear that personnel at other bases or organizations that have imnplemented it are VERY UNHAPPY and warn others to get on board and fight against this NSPS
