5cfr9901 would like to have people believe that the current system is broken. My question is If mgmnt, can not or refuses to work under the current system how are they going to be able to do so under the new fake system. which is b.s. Appeals Subpart H in this section it seems to be very clear that all a memeber of mgmnt has to do is decede who is guilty.(Just because the supervisor does not like that person or unionanimous) Once that has been decidee unbeknownst to the affected employee . The affected employee has absolutley no rights whatsoever to find oput what or why he was fired or downgraded . Even with all of YOUR " smoke and mirrors tricks of fairness" SUBPART H/3 the )(Mandatory removal offense) or lack theree of are very interesting BUT I LIKE THE OTHER 700 THOUSAND WOULD SURE LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THEY ARE!!!!!! Atleast right now what the standards are and what is expected of us Which is exactly what this is designed to destroy and make it easier to cantract out LABOR RELATIONS SUBPART I The people under NAZI GERMANY,STALINS'RUSSIA PRESENT DAY CHINA ,NORTH KOREA UNDER KIM IL JONG Had it better rights and have better than we are going to have Even Iraq under SADDAM and AFGANISTAN UNDER THE TALIBAN HAD MORE LABOR RELATIONS THAN WE WILL HAVE UNDER THIS SYSTEM SUBPART C 9901.302-9901.373 THIS ENTIRE subpart is ludacris all the way through this section there is not one sentence or passage that is straight forward in it's meaning . supposedly the secretary would like the D.O.D. More attractive to teh outside world .with pay for performance . If supervisors and mgmnt. would try doing their J.O.B.S NOW we would already have the best performance around any type of industry private or public. It is very interesting to note that certain pay grades and seris have been conveniently left out of this process such as SL,ST , DOCTORS MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS why is that ????Because if they wereaffected by this SYSTEM tHEN THEY WOULD CUT AND RUN . lEAVING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM IN A LURCH NOT TO MENTION ALL OR THE WOUNDED SOLDIERS COMING BACK FROM IRAQ AND AFGANISTAN THEY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO RECEIVE THE CARE THAT WAS PROMISED THEM ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER VETERANS WHO AHVE SERVED THIS COUNTY . i GUESS IT WOULD BE OK TO HAVE SOMEONE IN A 12,000 A YEAR PAYBAND PROVIDE THE NEEDED SURGERY TO AMPUTATE THE LIMB OF A WOUNDED SOLDIER AND COVER IT WITH BAND AID SOUND LIKE A GOOD DEAL TO ME SUBPARTD 9901.401-9901.409 AGAIN THIS IS PHONEY All this is designed to do is reward their buddies and family members who are not skilled or qualified in a given area with big promotions and big pay checks who is going to monitor this mess .
