Comments:
I feel the proposal to revise the personnel system for the DoD is a determent to the people who work to protect our soldiers and the soldiers who protect our country. Mr Rumsfeld has too much individual power as it is. He should not be given ultimate power over this department. I feel there are other avenues that can and should be taken to address this area.
