Dear Sir: The NSPS need to think over what it is trying to do. Ending civil service protection reduceing pay collective bargaining and ending seniority rules on layoffs and reductions-in-force are not ways to help good workers. Do not change the current pay system. Until a complete and detailed proposals are provided, and a full comment and review period is completed. Followed by a full collective bargaining process with the unions representing DoD employees.
