you want to lower pay why ? you take away our awards, funding to get tools , take away the work shops so we cant done jobs as well training theres no money . how do you want us to do the jobs other company sent there people to school , how do we learn about new things to do with our trade, with out training know lower my pay how about lowering mangerment pay GS 14 get 150,000 a year and dont do there job just put more bull in front of us to do are jobs . my pay is about 45,000 as WG-10-step 5 . we lost our shop store so we cant get supply as quick, we cant go in town get get part they say that lost time , then bich went the jobs not done on time want do you want us to do? . home in San Diego are at 550,000 and my pay is lower then L.A and the cost of living in SanDiego is just as high (PWC is two steps forward, then three step back. )iam just getting pissed on how PWC is running things each move is BACK , there is no future in working for the GOV.
