I disagree with NSPS system. I honestly believe each time a proposal to change the system has hurt the Civilian work force.Take CSRS employees for example v/s FERS. Which do you think has a better retirement? It certainly seems that the lack of control is the issue here.I personally have put in 20 plus years and have worked hard to keep my own reputation in check. I'm respected by my peers but can certainly see where this could lead. A supervisor may not see all you do on your shift and may even have a disagrement with you and, just think if it is near your appraisal time for that year. You will be at his/her mercy. So in response I DISAGREE
