Section 9901.704 - Coverage. The definition of “Actions covered” in Subsection (a) should remain consistent with 5 USC Chapter 75. With respect to “Actions excluded”, I recommend that the proposal be rewritten to clarify that employees who are serving an in-service probationary period be covered for the purposes of this Subpart.
