By the way I read all of the comments before making mine. I will admit that I am resistant to change but one thing that has always concerned me was the pay between people who supervised and those who don't. Long story short...someone who supervises should get more. I am not talking about LONG DISTANCE supervising. I am talking about the hands on Directors taking care of other peoples children and is making sure that none of the caregivers quit. (I never had one quit) This is an enormous responsibility to the community. I was driven out b/c of my dedication to my employees. I was told if they don't like it, then they can find another job. Why treat people like that? I am still a dedicated employee and I have a great boss now but not everyone is so lucky.
