i don't believe that this proposed change in pay is just and it can be done in a fair and just way. you will always have favrotatism in the work place and when you make pay adjustments based on a performance appraisl who is to say there is not favortism by the person doing the apprasil. you are also causing trouble in the work place by not giving everyone the same pay and dividing the number of people intitiled to pay increases by setting a number of how many and how much each person would be given, this seems very unfairto everyone involved. maybe the work force should be given the right to evaluate the upper managemant and we should be determining how well and how much they should be payed!
