NSPS seems to be a return to the good 'ole boys system. Far too much power is given to management with no protection for employee rights. As a civilian living overseas, I am particularly concerned about longevity and RIFS or lack there of since there will be huge drawdowns in the near future. It is very unfair that an employee with a long history of dedicated service has no protection. These decisions are often based on personality rather than performance.
