For some of us we already did our active duty time and we choose to seperate from it. The new NSPS is very similar to active duty and you will see a large number of people leave the civil service for the same reasons they left active duty. Keep in mind we have an active duty force and we are civilains and we have rights. this new system is takinig away more of our rights as a union as of right now we can not strike.putting our job security and our future in the hands of the first line supervisor with no means of recourse is insane, there needs to be a process with checks and balance.
