Comments:
The NSPS will be nothing more than a good ol' boy's club with all the changes. We will no longer have representation against discrimination or other labor issues. The job security will vanish with NSPS for the senior Civil Servants who have the experience, knowledge & expertise & the mission will not be accomplished in the manner that is best for this country. But it appears that the powers to be are not concerned with the state of the United States; they are are more concerned with getting that feather in their cap so they can retire in comfort. These changes/proposals should be put before the Civil Service Employees for vote!! We are the ones who should decide our fate, NOT the politicians behind the scenes who don't know what really happens in the day to day operations of the Dept of Defense.
