NAF Employees: I need to know if this applies to NAF employees? If it applies to the NAF employee, who is already on pay banding, I would like to know how. I was in the union until I realyzed they could not do anything for the NAF employee. I wasted a whole lot of money. It doesn't seem to matter to anyone what happens in the NAF environment.
