Comments:
The determination of who is put on the street when employees lose their jobs is proposed to be determined with less weight to time of service. This is unreasonable for the employees who have served, especially America’s veterans. It is in the interest of the workforce to retain the experienced workers. How will the NSPS provide a framework for retaining experienced workers when workers when workers are facing losing their jobs?
