Comments:
Under FERS retirement we can not contribue any part of extra pay (overtime, performance award, ect) to our FERS retirement. Will it be that only our base pay is all we can contribute to our retirement (FERS) in the future. If it is, this program is messing with our retirement that was to replace CRS retirement.
