Comments:
IM a DOD employee GS woker, I feel the change is good for all reason's of hireing and fireing but IM concerned about the pay band and the Supervisor having all the power to destroy your career, by means if there is a personality differance between the supervisor and employee. Why can't can't we just keep the system the same? With giving cash awards to the very good workers and less for the worker that isn't doing his or her job.
