Under the new system an employee is under a great disadvantage if they have a weak supervisor. One could be the best employee in the region and it would not matter if the supervisor doesn’t support them when all the supervisors meet in their group. I know some supervisors who would be a wallflower. Their employee would be shuffled to the bottom of the pecking order and receive bottom pay. The system if flawed and co-depend on supervisors being outspoken.
