I have great concerns over the fact that there are so many grey or vague areas that are supposed to be cleared up after this bill goes into effect. No one should be forced to accept such a total change without seeing everything out on the table. The locality pay issue, and this pay banding thing. We have some good managers but PLEASE! For every fair one you have the smug know it all who with more power will be insufferable! Or the poor guy who doesn' want to offend anyone and takes care of the squeaky wheel as usual. Everyone is upset about the loss of the cost of living, this helped counter the inevitable insurance creep. I don't have a problem with longevity changes, I am confident with my work ethic. The fact that EEO will not be messed with, what about the rest of us? Our union representation now is a joke. I understand there needs to be a change, but don't discriminate. Please don't force the issue without true public input. Thank you for your time. Concerned in Savannah Ga.
