Comments:
With respect to 5 CFR Chapter XCIX and Part 9901, the proposed regulations should establish a Drug Free Work Place. The time has come for the DOD to lead the Federal Government in establishing a drug free work place. Drug testing for illegal substances should be a requirement for current and all future DOD employees.
