It is really sad that the DOD is always trying to go in reverse. It worked so very hard to get rid of the "Good Old Boy " system and now they are just going to return to it in full force. It is apparent that the only way a person will be getting any raises or promotions is to be buddy-buddy with their supervisor. It is a sad day indeed!!!
