Comments will actually do no good what so ever. Federal employees are a "captive audience" to do with as the system sees fit. This new system will benifit the few in charge and their buddies. Anyone that doesn't see this is blind, stupid or part of the club. Please don't tell people not happy with the new system to go some where else if we don't like it. Most of us have too much time in or are too old to start over. Moral will most likely go down the toilet. Every time the Federal Government has introduced something new it has done nothing but cause more problems.
