I do not believe that it is in the Federal Employee's best interest to give up the system we have in place at present. I also believe that gross misuse of the system could very easily happen without the employee's representation by union members to keep management in check and to make management give justification for its actions. Having had my career sidetracked my managers who just did'nt like me in my 28 years of service and having been a manager for 3 years I can see where this takes to many rights form the employee. Without union representaton for all matters of pay, duties, position, raises, and duty station the employee will pay with their lively hood.
