Comments:
I am sick and tired of the federal government messing around with my civil service benefits and employment. Outside contractors can not do the job as efficient as us. government needs to look at there own house and clean up congress before they mess with DOD civilians. I am also tired of comments and suggestions falling on deaf ears and deleted. I am also tired of sec Rumsfeld making changes without any notice. This is unfair labor practice.
