Comments:
I understand that our system that is in place today need to be revised. The only thing that I don't agree with is messing with our pay and letting our direct supervisor be the one who determines pay increases. We have supervisors here at Hill A.F.B. that will stab you in the back in a heart beat. You can be the best employee in the building have a disagreement with your supervisor and you just washed your career down the drain. I would like to see an empowered work force put into place. Let the guy doing the job have a little bit more say so. Look at any succesful company out there and you will see employee involvment. The work force here at Hill is great. I have been involed in the Lean effort here at Hill and let me tell you that 99% of the people that I engauge and work with on projects are outstanding. Keep your politics in Washington and let us feel some worth.
