Comments:
I have reviewed the changes that the NSPS are trying to implement. As a registered voter, I strongly disagree with the changes that the NSPS are attempting to make. This appears to be a strong attempt in breaking up the Federal Employees Union and to take away all the rights that the Federal Employees have obtained over the years. The NSPS plans are not fair and would put Federal Employees back in the Dark Ages. This is an attempt in resurrecting the Good Old Boy Network.
