I've been looking through the comments to date. It seems that a lot of people are misinformed. I've been in industry and this type of system works - or can work if the supervisors are well trained and honest. It is important to make sure that the supervisors know what they need to do for success and that they do NOT play "favorites". Fair and honest will make the system work. I support it.
